How can I purchase on MyHealthandBeauty.com.au?

It is very easy. Just pick the item you’d like to get and add it to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. If you are first time user, you’ll need to register on the website. You can add any of the accessories and nominate your delivery address during the checkout process. If you have any questions you can contact us via email through the Contact Us page.

How can I get my goods?

Depending on your location delivery will take between 2 and 7 days. However in most cases goods generally get delivered within 3 days. If any delays occur for an unforeseen reason we’ll be in contact to let you know when you can expect your goods. Goods are dispatched by post or courier depending on the product and location of buyer.

Is there a warranty on the products?

There sure is, all our products come with a manufacturers warranty which covers you should the goods fail. These warranties are a replacement warranty based any faults that can arise from date of manufacture. This ensures you will receive goods in the best possible condition. The length on the warranty is related to the type of goods you purchase from My Health and Beauty, each item will state the length of warranty in the description.

Do you have a return and Refund Policy?

If you made a wrong size selection that’s OK you can send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging within 7 days and we will refund you your puchase price less a 20% restocking fee. The fee is to cover the original postage and handling,most of the time the mirror  returned becomes unsellable through opening the package and the damage the packaging sustains in the post. We will always only send out brand new goods. The freight charges to return the goods will need to be covered by the customer. If you change your mind and don’t want the item that’s ok too, just freight the goods back to us and we’ll refund the monies  less the restocking fee to you within 1 week via direct debit to your bank account. You will be notified personally via email once the refund is complete.

Can I buy spare parts for mirrors?

The high manufacturing qualities ensure you will have little reason to buy parts. Of course in general daily life accidents do happen and a mirror may get broken or you require a globe for the lighted mirrors. We do carry a good range of parts and products to ensure you get longevity from your purchase.

Are your mirrors made to use inside my shower?

There are only certain designated models that can be used inside your shower this is to prevent an accident happening whereby the mirror might get bumped and smash on the floor resulting  in possible nasty cuts.. Mirrors that can be used in the shower are manufactured differently with product that will not cause injury should it fall down in the shower. These mirrors have also a special treatment on the reflective surface that prevents fogging up when in use and they do not rust.
